An alien race crash lands on Earth and loses one of there most precious artifacts.  While on vacation, two brothers discover this artifact and return home with it.  It causes great turmoil in there life so they send it to a seemingly safe place, the FBI.  The FBI didn't know what to do with it so they sent it over to the CIA.   The transit was hijacked and the artifact  and the a CIA Agent now lay in the hands of terrorists.  One of the Agent's friends/co-workers decides to come rescue him.  Along the way he encounters many dangerous threats that soon lead him to his friend and to the confrontation with the artifacts original owner.
